We also love our coffee and have a fantastic relationship with local super roasters Hundred House Coffee. We even worked together to create our own CSONS blend, which is why we need you…….We’re looking for someone with a huge passion for coffee and serving the perfect cup to join the team. You’ll need to know what your doing, so experience using a proper espresso machine, dialling in and steaming milk to perfection for the best latte art goes without saying.
Primarily the job is running the bar and making sure we are serving the best coffee, but you will also be expected to help serve our customers and assist with general waiting responsibilities. We have an ethos at CSONS where everyone mucks in where they are needed, so don’t be fooled into thinking it’s only about making coffee.
The role is primarily customer facing, so you need to be into people too. In fact, you need to love them. It’s our duty to wow every customer that we have, not only with the food and drink, but also with the atmosphere and service, so if you think you can help us achieve that then you might just be the awesome person we are looking for.
We’re not going to lie, CSONS is a busy restaurant and this customer facing front of house role will require you to stay focused, happy and professional in a high paced, potentially stressful environment. So yeah it’s hard work and you’ll be expected to work some evenings and most weekends, but we’re a great team that also has fun while we work!
